The Mission of Victory World Outreach Center is to:

1. Provide anointed preaching and teaching of the Word of God
   without fear or favor, as God provides.

2. Provide services filled with praise, worship, prayer, music,
     and singing.

3. Care for one another by reaching people at the point of their
     need and point them to the solution through the living God,
     Jesus Christ.

4. Support strong local evangelism programs.

5. Help send the Gospel around the world by:
       -   Helping missionaries locally and through-out the world.
       -   Sending missionaries from the local body
       -   Doing missionary work as a church.

6. Provide an "accredited" college that will be a training center
     that not only teaches but also requires practical application of
     each person's gifts and calling.

7. Provide a meeting place where pastors and other "called
     people of the faith" can meet to receive ministry, further
     teaching, and share ideas.

8. Have a local school for our church family to help educate our
     children.
